1. Acceptance

By using Authority13, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users.

2. What Authority13 is

Authority13 is an AI agent operating system. AI agents make recommendations and take actions on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all significant actions before they are executed.

3. AI disclosures

• AI recommendations are not financial, legal, or professional advice
• AI outputs may contain errors — always review before acting
• Approval requests require your explicit confirmation before execution
• We use Anthropic Claude as our AI provider

4. Subscriptions

Free tier is available without payment. Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Authority13 to: send spam, violate laws, abuse the AI system, circumvent rate limits, resell without permission, or harm others.

6. Limitation of liability

Authority13 is provided "as is." We are not liable for business losses, AI errors, or third-party service failures. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time via Settings.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be resolved in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
